Complete Payroll Processing – This service includes the input, printing and distribution of your payroll each pay period, as well as the reporting of any new hires. In addition, all tax liabilities are pulled from your bank account and remitted by us to the appropriate Federal and State agencies on your behalf. Your quarterly payroll tax reports are prepared by us and filed on your behalf.
W2 and Year End Processing – We also complete all of your year end processing and provide you with the W-2 forms for your employees. Just like the quarterly payroll tax reports, the W2’s are filed with the Government agencies on your behalf.
Direct Deposit – Give your employees secure and timely access to their funds while you enjoy the benefit of no outstanding or lost paychecks. Direct deposit will not only free you from having to be present at work to sign paychecks, but it will also eliminate any time your employees’ take off to deposit their paycheck.

Employees can clock in either with the time clock or over the internet – it’s your choice.
Contract Labor – Our services are not limited to your employees. We can produce the checks for all your contract labor and generate the 1099’s at the end of the year.
Agency Checks – Are you tired of writing the third party checks for your employees’ child support payments, garnishments, levies, bankruptcy, etc? Our system can either produce a check for the appropriate remittance or initiate an ACH transaction if that is an available option.
Check Stuffing – Your employees can receive their checks already inserted in security envelopes – this distribution method makes payday confidential.
Laser Signature – We can scan in your signature and have it print on every check. This eliminates the need to sign paycheck after paycheck. Also, it is a great compliment to our check stuffing service.
General Ledger Journal Entry – You have the option of receiving a Payroll Journal entry from us, making it easy to key the payroll information into your accounting package. Our staff has experience with a variety of accounting packages, and we will work with you and/or your accountant to format the report to suit your needs.
Worker’s Comp Audits – Feel free to have us assist you with your worker comp audits. Quite often, the auditor can come directly to us to get the required payroll information.
