Betty Jo King. She is an APA Certified Payroll Professional with over 20 years experience. Her degree from Hendrix College has played heavily in her ability to think “out of the box.” After recognizing the unique elements of each company, she has established our policy to provide customized, flexible solutions to each and every client to the best of our ability. For Betty Jo (or you might know her as Beej), you aren’t just a client, you are a friend.

Andrea Lanier’s position as the Manager of Payroll Services utilizes her management, organizational and customer service skills. Her commitment to the Complete Payroll Services ideal of providing solutions for our client’s payroll needs shows through in her attitude and work ethic. She holds a degree in Human Resources from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and is a member of CAHRA (Central Arkansas Human Resource Association). Andrea’s attention to detail makes her a vital member of the team.

Our Client Services Coordinator is
Kim Lanier. She is responsible for the information flow between our payroll professionals and our clients. Her addition to the CPS team has enabled the specialists to focus their time on specific payroll matters. Her strengths include client communication and organizational skills.

Another important area of our operation is Delivery.
Al Maguire has been with us since 1999, and is, without a doubt, the best delivery person ever! We also rely heavily on Parrish Delivery Services for delivery support. They have an outstanding reputation and are reliable, prompt and conscientious. Rest assured, your payroll information is in good hands.
We have two additional part-time staff:

Rita King.
Jennifer is one of our payroll specialists. She has an incredible energy level and attention to detail, and we are pleased to have her with us while she is earning her Masters at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
